LeadMole is designed to help businesses find genuine leads through ethical, lawful outreach. By using LeadMole, you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy.
Permitted Use
- Finding genuine B2B leads for legitimate business development
- Researching prospective customers in your target market
- Supporting your sales and marketing teams with structured data
Prohibited Use
- Using LeadMole data to send unsolicited marketing without a lawful basis under UK GDPR
- Uploading or introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempting to penetration test or probe the LeadMole service
- Sharing login credentials between multiple users
- Attempting to bypass credit limits, subscription tiers, or access controls
- Using automated bots or scripts to scrape or bulk-query the service
- Using LeadMole for cryptocurrency mining
- Targeting individuals rather than businesses (LeadMole is a B2B tool only)
- Exporting data for resale or redistribution
- Any activity that violates UK law, including the Computer Misuse Act 1990
Consequences
Breach of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund. Serious breaches will be reported to the relevant authorities.
