By accessing or using LeadMole, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or over and have authority to act on behalf of any business you represent.

You agree to use LeadMole only for lawful, ethical B2B lead generation. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

Credits are consumed when you generate reports. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Subscription fees are billed monthly until cancelled.

LeadMole and its platform are owned by Lead Mole Ltd. Lead data you export is licensed for your internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed.

LeadMole is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. For questions, contact support@leadmole.co.uk.
